In the first 3 months I enjoyed increased energy and suddenly one day I realized I didn't have any sugar cravings. I wasn't interested in the candy bowl in front of my desk. Within 4 months my blood pressure lowered from high and in need of meds, to within normal range - no medication required.

A few months later my husband's blood labs (he's also using Plexus products) reflected that his cholesterol had lowered below 200, a significant drop, and a few months after that my cholesterol levels showed an equal drop, had dropped lower than ever in my life!

I knew I was onto something right when all my numbers were so healthy, without any other changes and even without the diet change and weight-loss! Plexus.

So then I decided it was time for me to work with Plexus, to make better choices. Eat more protein and less carbs. Drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water every day. Reduce alcohol intake from my prior “almost daily” habit... though it was often “just a glass or two” of wine. Plexus was making it easier for me. The cravings were gone. I was more quickly satiated. Now I had to work with those feelings and just kick my bad habits.

Today my blood pressure is normal to low. My cholesterol is at a very healthy range 189 at last check). I have not had any allergy (hayfever/asthma) symptoms this year. I no longer suffer from hot flashes. My weight is balanced with fat dropping off, 70 pounds lost. I am energetic, happy, healthy and on no medications. I don’t get sick. My immune system is strong!

I didn’t plan to make this a business for myself. I became wowed by the business opportunity after I was amazed by the products and their effects on positive health changes for me. I realize today what an incredible retirement strategy this can be. Residual income with flexibility, sharing products and health tips about which I’ve become so passionate. And the fascinating part is that I am healthier and happier in doing so!
